Earlier in the afternoon, 3 stars below took part in staff/students relay on final day of secondary two-day sports meeting.....relay was 6 laps (each lap = 200 metres)....seven other teams had 6 runners each doing one lap....Kangaroos just 3 runners doing 2 laps each.......Kangaroos came a highly creditable 2nd....editor has been solemnly warned not to publish fact that winning six runners included three g_r_s (...although to be fair, it should be pointed out that one of the three, a visiting student teacher,  is a member of China's athletics' squad!)
