2005-03-16 Visit to Ku Shui Zhen  Pu Tang Tsuen Primary School & Ku Shui Middle School - with Education Department senior officer Mr Wong , who is responsible  ...wait for it....for all 6,000(!) schools in Zhaoqing precinct (serving 150,000 kindergarten students, 400,000 primary students, 200,000 lower secondary students, and 50,000 senior students).  Today's mission: to see need for a new toilet at the primary school + a new boarding section for the middle school's boys.  Joining HK Rosa C, Rosa H and myself was Cecilia, a nurse from HK, here to visit our poor areas. Ku Shui is about 2 hours north of CAS, near the city of  Guangning
