Area L -
going away from railway station towards the brewery - a group of 30 adults (10
of the 15 women are expecting) and 10 children - from Henan - based at yet
another rubbish collection centre - living in a next door abandoned factory - no
electricity, no water, no toilets, very little money for hospital bills
- Hong Kong's Vietnamese refugee camps were much better.
CAS can be seen in distance from balcony of factory (last photo on right, line

Thank you Olivier, manager Mr Wong, driver Mr Wan and Mr Wongs at your factory
for yet another delivery of toys.....this time given to the Area L people as a
project to help them get earn a little bit more.
