....visit to Government Welfare Center  for handicapped/blind
..residents are well-cared for....clean & well fed...but no therapist/teacher available
....so...China8 is offering to provide temporary therapist/teacher

Update 2008-04-20

Little girl in orange, below, is 9 years old and blind, but speech/walking etc no problem.
She is due to go to Blind School in Guangzhou in September....never been to school.
Boy in bed is blind and six and very sick   (went home to Heaven 2008-05-02)
