Noel and family due to move soon to Marco Polo
to special homes & center for the handicapped.
Noel's problem? Just laziness (by self) and carelessness (by parents)
according to HK & Macau doctors.
So lazy from just sitting all day (and eating wrong foods)
that he has temporarily lost ability to walk etc.
Noel and parents became decidedly more enthusiastic about therapy
after they saw photo of world's fattest man
